Shipping

Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking details for your package.

We ship worldwide! The choice of carrier is offered at checkout based on the destination country.  

For orders going outside the European Union, customs fees may be required by the relevant authorities after your order is confirmed and during its transit.

Several shipping options will be offered during checkout. Our logistics team processes orders after the full sale of the drop and once the items are manufactured by our partner factory.

Order

We are committed to providing a quality experience and products. If you encounter a problem, you can submit your request through our contact form.

You can find all ANYW3AR products on our website and in our pop-up stores at certain events.

Returns

If the items from your order are not suitable, you can request a refund within 14 days of receiving them. To do so, simply fill out the return form. Please note that returned products must be new, unworn, and have their original tags attached. Return packages will be processed within 5 business days of their receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Account

To get started, go to the top right of the page and click on the user icon. Then, select "Create a user account." This will take you to a new page where you can fill in your personal information. Your registration will be confirmed once you click the "Create" button. A confirmation email will then be sent to you.

If you’ve already created your account and want to view your personal information or orders, simply log in. To do so, go to the user icon located at the top right of our website. This will take you to a login page where you can enter your email address and password.

To reset your password, go to the user icon at the top right corner of our website. Then click on "Forgot password?" Enter your email address, and you will receive a message in your inbox containing a reset link. By following this link, you’ll be able to reconfigure your password.

If you wish to modify your personal details, you can do so by accessing your user account. In the "Addresses" and "Account" sections, you will find options to update your information, such as your postal address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and more.

Payment

We accept various methods of payment to make your purchases easier: CB Visa, Mastercard, American Express with Stripe, PayPal.
We also accept cryptocurrency payments on the Solana blockchain: SOL, USDT, USDC.

Product Infos

ANYW3AR is a unisex brand. We recommend taking your usual size for a regular fit or one size down for a more fitted look. You will also find our size advice and a measurement chart on each product page.

We strive to produce responsibly and sustainably by offering limited and exclusive quantities without restocking for better rarity of our products. You can also stay updated on all ANYW3AR news by subscribing to our newsletter.

In general, we recommend the following:

- Wash the garment inside out to protect the fabric from machine action.

- Wash the garment in the machine at 30°C or cold to preserve color vibrancy over time.

- Air dry the garment to maintain the fabric's durability and prevent shrinkage.

- Zip up zippers before washing to avoid snagging threads during the wash.

- Iron the garment inside out.
